Not too long ago, I received a phone call from a customer named Yomaris because she was having some trouble uploading a logo to our online designer. I asked her to e-mail me the logo and I would take a shot at it (no pun intended!). The problem with the logo was that it turned out to be a corrupted file. We went back and forth with a few different versions of the logo, none of which would open in our standard imaging programs because they were all corrupted.
Through persistence, I was finally able to open the logo in a different imaging program and we were able to complete the order. Once the shot glasses delivered, I was ecstatic to hear that Yomaris and her co-workers were thrilled with how they turned out! Here’s what Yomaris wrote back to say:
“KARA!!!!
I was just going to write to you and tell you I GOT THEM!!!!
They are wonderful!! We are VERY happy with the order. The package was perfect, so they were safe and they look GREAT! We are excited to give them out at tomorrow night’s Birthday party.
Thank you so much for your help with the order. We will be sure to order again when we run out and we’ll tell everyone about your company!”
